HOW TO DO WHAT ?

Step-by-step guide on how to do anything:

1. How to download a manual application form and fill it offline

In case our online applicationmethod seems difficult for you, simply donload an application form from our website; print and fill the form offline; then scan and submit the scanned copy of the form. The downloadable form is right here.

NOTE: when you click on the button above, the form preview will appear first. To download, hover around the edges of the page where that preview is and find a download button that looks like this: . Click it and the form will be dowloaded to your device. You can then go ahead and find the downloaded copy in your downloads directory of your device, look for a printer or printing station and have the form printed out into a hard copy which you can tehn fill using a pen.

2. How to pay your application fee without having to to physically come to AISMAC

Rquest for a unique payment ID number wihch you can take to one of the following banks near you, then you can pay from their.
