AISMAC is a skills development and capacity building organization that started with an aim of building capacity for different groups including the youth, rural women, tertiary students, graduates and corporate organisations. This is done through developing skills in their different career and vocational orientations.

Our innovative delivery model involves students learning from ongoing income generating projects and use their acquired skills to startup their own projects. Depending on the type of programme, some students are supported with startups and mentorship by the institution.
